Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)

Schedule: 1–5 days per week (flexible)

Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000. Estimated earnings: $75k–$100k/year for LCSW/LMHC/LMFT (75 units/week) and $125k–$145k/year for Psychologists (PsyD/PhD) (75 units/week).

About the Role

Telos Health Systems is a clinical service organization reshaping medical and behavioral health care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The company provides clinicians with technology, playbooks, and clinical support to deliver high‑quality mental health care to underserved geriatric populations. The Psychotherapist will provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities, with flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative and leadership support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Master’s degree (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Preferred: experience working with geriatric populations.
• Preferred: experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or long‑term care settings.
