About the role

• Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Gainesville, Pilot Point, Celina, and Dallas, Texas

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses
• Provide individual psychotherapy
• Address conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief, loss, and life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams in post-acute and long-term care settings

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Texas license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a psychotherapist
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred

Pay

• Estimated compensation range of $81,432 - $96,518 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position
