About the role

  • Full-time (3.5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
  • No nights or weekends
  • Flexible, on-site, round-and-go model with remote documentation
  • Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
  • Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, plus life transitions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
  • Coverage area includes Dallas, Arlington, and Kennedale, Texas

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses
  • Provide individual psychotherapy
  • Address conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief, and life transitions
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Texas license as LPC or LCSW
  • Eligible for independent practice and billing
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a psychotherapist
  • Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred

Pay

Estimated compensation range of $55,409 to $77,806 annually with no cap on productivity income. This is a W2 position with base salary plus productivity incentives.

Schedule

  • 3.5 days per week, Monday through Friday
  • No nights or weekends
