Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as LPC or LMFT
• LCSW not considered at this time
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• Minimum of 6-months experience needed as a psychotherapist
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred

Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $66,828 - $78,994 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity
