Psychotherapist - Ida Grove

PAMHC is looking to hire a full-time Psychotherapist for our Ida Grove office. Full time is a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full benefits. 40 hours per week is preferred, but hours are negotiable. This position is hybrid with in-person and up to two remote telehealth days once telehealth case load can be supported.

Pay

• Temporary Licensed: $50,000 to $70,000 base salary (30-40 hours per week) depending on experience. $5,000 increase for obtaining full licensure.
• Fully Licensed: $60,000 to $80,000 base salary (30-40 hours per week) depending on experience.

Schedule

About the Role

Offer case, program, and community consultation, and respond to emergencies when needed. Assess needs, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans during sessions with children and adults. Provide outpatient therapy and brief counseling for clients of all ages. To support clear communication, coordinated care, and improve client outcomes, take part in regular team reviews. Team up with internal Case Managers to coordinate referrals to Psychiatric, Community Support, Habilitation, Peer Support, and other appropriate services. Complete and maintain proper documentation according to PAMHC standards. Participate in the required on-call rotation, with additional pay for on-call work.

Requirements

• MA/MS/MSW or Similar Professional Degree from Accredited Program.
• LMHC, LISW, LMFT, or Temporary Licensure (tLMHC, tLMFT, LMSW).
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance.

Team

• Team-based care including Case Managers, Peer Support, Community Support, RNs, Psychiatric NPs and PAs, and a Board-Certified Psychiatrist.
• Access to Plains Area Crisis Response Staff 24/7.
