About the role
Remote position requiring New York State certification. Part-time independent contractor role (1099) with a schedule of 5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the BHI care coordination team's work
- Monthly follow up calls with the patients
- Ensure quality documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with providers and support patient care
Qualifications
- Licensed Social Worker, Psychologist, or Medical Assistant (Psychology background)
- Must be certified to work in New York State
- Behavioral health/Psychology/Social Work experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
