About the role

Based in St Kilda Rd location, this full-time position (1.0 FTE / 80 hours per fortnight with flexible accrued days off) is available until June 2027 as a Social Worker / Occupational Therapist Grade 4. The role offers frequent professional development opportunities and regular professional supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the Early Interventions Psychosocial Support Response initiative.
• Implement and coordinate services contracted through community‑managed mental health providers.
• Act as the key liaison for external and internal stakeholders.
