Psychosocial Rehabilitation Counselor (4042)

Responsibilities

• Affords support to the program's operations to deliver various services to individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Contributes to the creation and execution of programs tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals across different age groups, including young adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Maintains an organized program environment.
• Facilitates self-help groups and community reintegration activities.
• Participates as an Intensive Community Services Program team member.
• Performs necessary program documentation.
• Provides backup for other team members.

Requirements

• M1: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or another approved Human Services degree.
• M2: At least one year of clinical experience in mental health services within the last seven years.
• M3: Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the capability to operate a 15-passenger vehicle.

Fingerprints, state and FBI criminal record reports, drug tests, and central registry (CANIS) reports may be required upon request. Our agency adheres to a drug-free workplace policy.

Annual Salary Range

$43,722 - $76,514
An additional 5% increase is available for qualified mental health professionals.
