About the role
The Neuropsychology team evaluates and cares for children with a wide range of cognitive (thinking and learning), behavioral and social-emotional needs. Our compassionate care is based on extensive research on how acquired and developmental brain disorders, injuries and diseases affect a child’s behavior and ability to function.
Responsibilities
- Aids fully-licensed neuropsychologists in providing neuropsychological assessments for children with learning, behavioral, and emotional disorders.
- Organizes neuropsychological test materials.
- Assists in writing test reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Current enrollment or matriculation in an accredited master’s or doctoral program or completion of doctoral program and currently obtaining hours towards full licensure.
- No experience required.
Skills/Knowledge
- One year experience as a Psychometrist (Preferred).
- Familiarity and training with assessment of children.
