Psychometric Analyst (Assessment & Licensure)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement psychometric assessments and licensure programs
• Conduct statistical analyses to inform assessment and licensure policies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and fairness of assessments
• Manage data workflows, databases, and visualizations as needed
• Utilize intermediate SAS programming skills and preferred proficiency in R, Python, Quarto, and Rmarkdown

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related experience
• Knowledge and application of statistical concepts
• Intermediate SAS programming skills
• Experience with data workflow management, database management, and data visualization (preferred)
• Experience with R or Python, Quarto, and/or Rmarkdown (preferred)

Pay

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $70,000 - $80,000
