Responsibilities

• Oversight of the technical quality of educational assessment activities
• Technical operational and research projects
• Planning and performing statistical reviews for projects
• Representing the organization on technical issues to clients and boards
• Designing basic and complex statistical frameworks and psychometrics
• Ensuring quality control of all deliverables
• Documenting technical and operational procedures and statistical guidelines

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field
• Advanced training in psychometric research and statistics
• Experience with assessment systems and sampling theory
• Expertise in item response theory and statistical programming
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
