Responsibilities
- Oversight of the technical quality of educational assessment activities
- Technical operational and research projects
- Planning and performing statistical reviews for projects
- Representing the organization on technical issues to clients and boards
- Designing basic and complex statistical frameworks and psychometrics
- Ensuring quality control of all deliverables
- Documenting technical and operational procedures and statistical guidelines
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Statistics, Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field
- Advanced training in psychometric research and statistics
- Experience with assessment systems and sampling theory
- Expertise in item response theory and statistical programming
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
