Psychologist - Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Serve our nation's Veterans with exceptional care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Assist patients in managing chronic medical conditions and psychological issues
• Use evidence-based psychotherapies and relaxation techniques
• Work with adults, especially those with comorbid medical or psychiatric diagnoses

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license
• Doctorate in Psychology or related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years' post-master direct counseling experience with adult patients
• Proven mastery of advanced sociological, psychological, and mental health care-related interventions and issues
• Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be renewed annually)
