Duties
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff members.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and needs.
- Develop and implement safety protocols within the unit.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid California Psychological Practitioner license.
- Experience working in a psychiatric setting preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and crisis intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Must pass the Psychologist (HF-Clinical Safety) exam.
- Complete the STD. 678 Employment Application and specify "Psychologist (HF Clinical Safety)" – JC- 523587.
- Attach a copy of proof of degree and transcripts.
