The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists,

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat job title as heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) 7. Include section ONLY when posting has real specific content - never emit heading with filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them 9. Output ONLY HTML fragment - no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the posting content: **Job Title:** Psychologist, Crisis Coordinator (already shown on page, so don't repeat as heading) **Metadata:** Current Employees note, Position Title, Job Category, Employment Type, Job Profile - these are minor metadata, fold into short

or drop **Job Duties:** Long prose description of role - this is "About the role" content **Key Job Responsibilities:** Broken into several subsections: - Advanced Direct Counseling Services - Direct Counseling Services - Coordination of Crisis Response & Suicide Prevention Programming - University Service & Other Miscellaneous - Professional Development & Administrative Activities - Indirect Counseling Service (Prevention/Education/Outreach/Consultation) These are responsibilities - should be under Responsibilities section with sub-lists **Department:** Counseling and Testing Center - minor metadata **Compensation:** $69,669.00 / year - this is Pay section **Required Qualifications:** List of 3 items **Preferred Qualifications:** List of 7 items **How To Apply:** Application instructions - REMOVE (boilerplate) **Required application documents:** List - but this is application instructions, remove **Contact Information:** Crystal Champion - contact info, could be in a short p or remove **Special Notes:** Application deadlines, Confidentiality, CBC & Reference Check, Annual Security Report - boilerplate, remove **Information about your benefits:** Benefits description - this is Benefits section **UW is an Equal Opportunity Employer:** EEO boilerplate, remove So sections to include: 1. About the role (from Job Duties) 2. Responsibilities (from Key Job Responsibilities) 3. Qualifications (Required and Preferred) 4. Pay (Compensation) 5. Benefits (Information about your benefits) 6. Schedule (from job duties: "Typical office hours...", "full-time from August 1-May 31, part-time during June and July") Let me structure the HTML. For Responsibilities, I'll create a list with sub-items. The Key Job Responsibilities has 6 categories, each with bullet points. I'll make each category a sub-heading (maybe

?) but the rules say use

for section headings. The sub-categories could be

or just bold text in list items. Since the rules only mention

    for section headings, I'll use

for main sections and for sub-sections within Responsibilities, I'll use or just include as list items with nested lists. Actually, looking at the rules: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So only those main sections get

. Sub-sections within Responsibilities should not be

. I'll use nested lists. Let me draft:

    About the role

I should also include a brief metadata paragraph at the top? The rules say "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it". The metadata includes: Job Category Academic Staff, Employment Type Temporary (Fixed Term), Job Profile Psychologist, Department Counseling and Testing Center. I'll include a short paragraph. Also note: "Current Employees: If you are currently employed at any of the Universities of Wisconsin, log in to Workday to apply through the internal application process." This is application instruction, remove. "UW-La Crosse does not offer H-1B or other work authorization visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term." This is important qualification/requirement - should I include? It's not in Required Qualifications list but is a requirement. Could add to Qualifications or a separate note. Since it's a legal requirement, I'll include in Qualifications as a required item. Also: "The review of applications starts on November 2, 2026. Applications received on or before November 2nd are prioritized and review will
