About the role
The Psychologist is responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental conditions for the Company's clients. This role ensures high-quality, ethical, and timely evaluations that meet clinical best practices, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental concerns using standardized assessment tools, including but not limited to ADI-R, ADOS-2, and CARS
- Complete accurate, timely, and thorough evaluation reports in compliance with insurance, regulatory, and organizational requirements
- Convert all client sessions for billing within 24 hours of the session
- Adhere to all clinical standards and guidelines outlined in CSABA’s Psychology Department Clinical Handbook, the APA Ethics Code, and applicable state practice laws
- Participate in peer-to-peer reviews and consultations with insurance providers to support authorization and coverage decisions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
- Participate in required departmental, clinical, and organizational meetings
- Travel between EI center locations as required
- Perform other duties consistent with the scope of the role as assigned
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology
- Active, unrestricted psychologist license in the state(s) of practice
- Experience conducting Autism Diagnostic Assessments, including ADOS
Qualifications

Skills
- Proficiency in standardized assessment tools such as ADI-R, ADOS-2, and CARS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of clinical standards and guidelines
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) platforms

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
