Pay Range: $103,854.40 - $155,792.00

About the role

The Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within an integrated behavioral health team. This role collaborates closely with psychiatrists and therapists to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate functioning, support diagnosis, and guide treatment planning.
• Administers, scores, and interprets psychological and neuropsychological testing as clinically indicated and within scope of competence.
• Provides evidence-based therapy using appropriate modalities, including CBT, trauma-informed care, supportive therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Develops and updates individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and treatment response.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, nurses, behavioral health technicians, trainees, and other team members to support integrated care.
• Provides patient and family education, resource linkage, and advocacy to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Provides supervision, mentorship, and consultation to psychology trainees, postdoctoral fellows, and licensed or provisionally licensed therapists as assigned.
• Maintains timely, accurate documentation and participates in case consultation, care planning, and department activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program.
• Clinical Psychologist certification from the North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners (NDSBPE) prior to start date.
• Clinical Psychologist certification from the Minnesota Board of Psychology within 6 months of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 90 days of start date.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• This position may be eligible for visa sponsorship.
