About the role

Possibly the fastest-growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is currently hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with at least one year of experience who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Prescribe medications and manage psychiatric conditions under the supervision of a physician.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in Minnesota as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
  • Unencumbered DEA license.
  • Experience in both medication management and therapy.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota.
  • Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills in psychiatric assessment and intervention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay

$201,000 - $259,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time) + Full benefits.

Schedule

Flexible work schedules available, including full-time and part-time (20 hours per week+) positions with 100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
