This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while working as part of a supportive clinical team. Full Time4 or 5 day workweek schedule availableHourly Pay Schedule Details Full Time is 36-40 hours per week. Multiple schedules available - 4x10s, 4x9s, or 5x8s. Required Skills Strong leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as solid oral and written communication skills.Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and the flexibility and prioritization abilities to manage a mental health case load, crisis situations, and work tasks in a changing environment.Ability to maintain clear boundaries, utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in collaboration with clients and peers.
