Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental health treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting
• Deliver care both in-person at clinics and through digital health telemedicine offerings
• Partner and collaborate with other treating healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize data to individually tailor services for continual improvement in outcomes
• Empower patients to make informed choices and help them achieve their goals
• Provide compassionate care in a safe environment that offers education, support, and best practices in integrated care

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Maryland as an LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT

Pay

Annual income potential of $72,000 to $120,000 per year, based on a productivity-based compensation model.
