Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments, therapy sessions, and progress evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest research and clinical practices in behavioral health.
• Adhere to professional ethics and standards of practice.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Maryland as an LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, or LGPC.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using digital health tools and platforms.
