About the Role
Provide outpatient psychiatric care 1–2 days per week in a clinic setting alongside 5 primary care physicians, behavioral health consultants, care coordinators, and medical assistant support. PATCH responsibilities can be completed remotely, reviewing initial interviews and charts by the care team, then recommending treatment, medication adjustments, or requesting diagnostic clarity.
Be supported by on-site Mental Health Specialists trained to gather information via templates for the psychiatric consultant. Telehealth availability is included in this full-time, PSLF-eligible role.
Mentorship, teaching, and supervision opportunities with Psychiatry Residents and medical students are available if desired. Some low-frequency call burden is expected.
Responsibilities

- Complete PATCH responsibilities remotely, including reviewing initial interviews and charts, recommending treatment or medication adjustments, and requesting diagnostic clarity.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, behavioral health consultants, care coordinators, and medical assistants.
- Utilize support from on-site Mental Health Specialists for information gathering.
- Participate in mentorship, teaching, and supervision of Psychiatry Residents and medical students (optional).
- Manage low-frequency call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (new graduates encouraged to apply).
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Skills
