About the role

Hospital-employed position seeking a compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a growing and supportive care team. Integrated outpatient Behavioral Health–Primary Care clinic. Join 2 full-time physicians, 2 full-time nurse practitioners, and a team of LCSWs.

Responsibilities

• Average of 14–18 patients per day
• 1:1 clinical support staff
• Team-shared phone call coverage (for established patients only)
• EMR: EPIC

Qualifications

• BE/BC Psychiatrist
• New graduates welcome
• No visa sponsorship available

Compensation

• Competitive total compensation of $385,000+, including RVU bonus potential and quality incentives up to $45,000 annually
• Commencement bonus of $30,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Schedule

• Four 10-hour days per week, full-time, permanent
