Responsibilities
- Review initial psychiatric evaluations conducted by therapists and provide ongoing treatment for these patients.
- Perform full assessment and management of Medication Management-only cases.
- Provide concrete services such as medication prior authorization, disability reports, requests for home health services/Medicaid services/transportation services, and other health insurance-related issues.
- Prepare documentation for referrals, employers, legal issues, etc.
- Participate in staff meetings and supervision by the Outpatient Department (OPD) Director as needed.
- Engage in all educational activities, including mandatory trainings, Grand Rounds, Performance Improvement (PI) meetings, and Incident Review meetings as required.
