LifeStance Health is seeking Adult Psychiatrists for its Forest Hills, NY location who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The position offers flexible, full‑time outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends, plus telemedicine and in‑person flexibility.

Responsibilities

Adult Psychiatrists are a critical part of the clinical team, providing medication management and therapy services to adult patients in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states
• Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC) in Psychiatry
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy

Pay

• Above‑market compensation: $300,000 – $390,000 base range
• Compensation model based on productivity with cash‑based incentive plan
• Unlimited/uncapped earnings potential
