About the role
We’re seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join our clinical team. This is a full-time outpatient role with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. You’ll have the flexibility to work via telemedicine or in-person, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy for adults
- Collaborate with mid-level providers (optional)
Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more US states
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Unencumbered DEA registration
- Experienced in both medication management and therapy

Pay
Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $390,000, based on a productivity model with an uncapped earnings potential. Additional compensation is available for collaboration with mid-level providers.
