Psychiatrist - Locums Help

14 days on / 14 days off schedule, Monday–Sunday, 10-hour on-site shifts starting at 10 am.

Responsibilities

• Manage an average caseload of 12–14 inpatient adult psychiatry patients
• Collaborate with full support staff and advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Supervise experienced APPs and medical students
• Provide primarily consultative coverage with backup call only from 6 pm to 8 am
• Deliver direct patient care and participate in team-based treatment activities
• Ensure quality psychiatric treatment and documentation

Requirements

• Relevant inpatient adult psychiatry experience
• Demonstrated ability to supervise APPs and medical students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
