About the role
This is a full-time healthcare professional position providing outpatient adult and geriatric care, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour days.
Responsibilities
- Managing 10-14 patients daily
- Conducting competency evaluations with a team of therapists prior to provider visits
- Participating in a 1 in 4 phone-based call rotation for med management from 7 pm to 8 am
- Delivering 30-minute appointments
- Maintaining documentation
- Collaborating with team members
