About the role

Join our dynamic Psychiatric Associates team providing outpatient care in the Council Bluffs, IA area. You will work with a team of psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, psychologists, licensed social workers and patient care navigators.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, personal, and coordinated treatment to patients experiencing a wide array of mental and behavioral conditions.
• Engage in minor academic activities.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to measure success through productivity, clinical benchmarks, and patient satisfaction scores.
• Tailor your practice based on clinical interests and expertise.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology - General Adult Psychiatry.
• Active or Eligible to obtain an unrestricted license in Iowa.
• DEA in good standing with no restrictions.
• BLS certification.
• A record of excellence in clinical care and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications
