About the role

Serenity Healthcare is a physician owned and led group that has expanded to 8 states and 36 locations while maintaining a focus on patient outcomes and provider support. We are looking for innovative psychiatrists to join us as we continue to grow in existing and future markets. The position offers no call ever, outpatient-only practice, and an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio providing exceptional clinical and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Pay

$300,000 base salary + incentives; realistic total compensation of $500,000+
