About the role

Develops and manages exclusive outpatient provider networks for a healthcare organization in Skyesville, Pennsylvania. Works in a hybrid schedule combining remote work and on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new providers to join the network
• Manage relationships with existing providers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with other departments to align network goals with organizational objectives
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Develop and maintain marketing materials for the network
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay current on trends and best practices

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in psychiatry
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatry
• Experience in provider network development and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
