About the role

Develops and manages exclusive outpatient provider networks for a healthcare organization in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania. Works in a hybrid schedule combining remote work with on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new providers to join the network
• Manage relationships with existing providers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with other departments to align network goals with organizational objectives
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Develop and maintain strong communication with stakeholders including patients, providers, and management teams

Requirements

• MD/DO degree with current medical license
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or related field
• Experience working with healthcare organizations and provider networks
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
