Responsibilities
- Identifies and engages new providers to join the network
- Negotiates contracts with selected providers
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Monitors network performance and makes adjustments as needed
- Communicates with providers and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships
Requirements
- MD/DO degree with current medical license
- Experience in provider network development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
