About the role

A highly skilled psychiatrist is needed to join our team as a 1099 contractor in Lewes, Delaware. This position involves provider network development for an exclusive outpatient network through a hybrid contract arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the network
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in psychiatry
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatry
• Experience in managed care contracting and provider network development
