A highly skilled psychiatrist is needed to join our exclusive outpatient network in Lewes, Delaware. This position offers a hybrid schedule combining remote work with occasional on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network
• Collaborate with the provider network to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction
• Manage referrals and coordinate care between patients and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Current medical license in Delaware
• Experience in provider network development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel occasionally to on-site meetings

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in psychiatry
• At least 5 years of clinical experience
