We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Department Information: location: SAN QUENTIN REHABILITATION CENTER in MARIN, CA. Must indicate JC-528549 and position number on your application: 095-213-8253-XXX. Please Note: Main communication for this position will be through email. Please ensure you have a valid email address on your application. - Description of San Quentin State Prison (SQ): oldest, location, etc. Vision, Mission, statements about CDCR and CCHCS, inclusive workplace, etc. Department Website: https://cchcs.ca.gov/careers - Job Description And Duties: Effective July 1, 2025, PLP 2025: base salary reduced by 3 percent and will receive 5 PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes. Please be advised of the following additional pay benefits individuals may be eligible for: Effective May 01, 2022, employees in this class, employed within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and who are physically located at and assigned to the Psychiatric Inpatient Program, shall receive a pay differential equivalent to 15% of their monthly base pay. Only employees who provide direct patient care, treating patients’ in-person, on grounds or at a facility more than 50% of the pay period, are eligible for this pay differential. - Under the general supervision of the Supervising Registered Nurse II/III, Correctional Facility (CF), Unit Supervisor (Safety), or Senior Psychiatric Technician (Safety), the Psychiatric Technician (PT) (Safety) provides a basic level of behavioral and psychiatric nursing care to patients in accordance with health care policies and procedures, Mental Health Program Guide requirements, and Title 22 regulations to patients in the Psychiatric Inpatient Program (PIP). The PT (Safety), in collaboration with the Registered Nurses (RN), CF and the PIP care team, ensures the delivery of appropriate and timely health care to patients and coordinates interdisciplinary communication to promote continuity of care. Under valid authorization by a provider’s order and the delegation and clinical direction of the RN, CF provides support to the PIP care team for daily PIP operations, and communicates effectively with patients, members of the PIP care team, and other members of the health care team. The PT (Safety) is responsible for addressing the ongoing needs of patients, working with the members of the larger health care team, and promoting the efficient, appropriate, and cost-effective use of health care resources. - Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Technician issued by the BVNPTE. (Applicants who are within four months of completing the Psychiatric Technician curriculum accredited by the BVNPTE will be admitted to the examination, but they must secure this license before they will be eligible for appointment.) To obtain list eligibility for the PSYCHIATRIC TECHNICIAN, before applying for the position, you must first take and pass the examination: CalCareers You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement . - Then EEO boilerplate (should be removed). Also mention "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Remove. - Also mention "It is an objective of the State of California to achieve a drug-free work place." That's also boilerplate; remove. - Also mention "Any applicant for state employment will be expected to behave in accordance with this objective because the use of illegal drugs is inconsistent with the law of the State, the rules governing Civil Service, and the special trust placed in public servants." Remove. - Also mention "Department Website: https://cchcs.ca.gov/careers" - keep as maybe a link in a paragraph. - Also mention "You must indicate JC-528549 and position number on your application: 095-213-8253-XXX." That's minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably include as a short paragraph. - Also "Please Note: Main communication for this position will be through email. Please ensure you have a valid email address on your application." That's application instruction; we should remove application instructions. So drop that. - Also "You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement." That's maybe not needed; but it's not boilerplate? It's a reference; we could keep as a sentence. - Also "Effective July 1, 2025, in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 18 , and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by 3 percent and will receive 5 PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes." This is pay/benefits info. So we need a Pay section? Actually it's about salary reduction and leave credits. Could be considered Pay and Benefits. The instruction says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state pay differential (15%) and PLP 2025 (salary reduction, leave credits). So we should include a Pay section (maybe also Benefits). But we need to decide: we could combine pay and benefits into one section? The headings list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could create a Pay section with the salary reduction and leave credits, and a Benefits section with the 15% differential? Actually the differential is also pay. Could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we create a single "Pay and Benefits" but headings list only allows specific headings; we could use "Pay" and include both salary reduction and differential and leave credits. Or we could create "Benefits" for leave credits and differential? The differential is pay, not benefit. Leave credits could be considered benefit. But we can just have a Pay section covering both. - Schedule: no info about schedule (like shift, hours). Not present, so we should not create Schedule section. - About the role: we could have a section summarizing the role description (the duties). Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which headings to use based on content. We have: - About the role: maybe a brief overview of the position, location, mission, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points under Job Description And Duties). Could be a
    • . - Requirements: maybe minimum qualifications? Or "Qualifications". The posting has Minimum Qualifications. Could be "Qualifications" heading. - Skills: not explicitly listed; we could omit if no specific skills. - Benefits: we have PLP 2025 leave credits (benefit) and maybe other benefits? Not much else. Could include in Pay. - Pay: salary reduction and differential. We need to avoid filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's extract substantive content: **About the role / Overview**: - Position: PSYCHIATRIC TECHNICIAN (SAFETY) at SAN QUENTIN REHABILITATION CENTER in MARIN, CA. - Must indicate JC-528549 and position number 095-213-8253-XXX on application (maybe minor metadata; we could include in a short paragraph). - San Quentin State Prison (SQ) is California's oldest and best known correctional institution, established July 1852 at Point San Quentin. We could format as
      • items. **Qualifications** (or Requirements): - Possession of a valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Technician issued by the BVNPTE. - Applicants who are within four months of completing the Psychiatric Technician curriculum accredited by the BVNPTE will be admitted to the examination, but they must secure this license before they will be eligible for appointment. - To obtain list eligibility for the PSYCHIATRIC TECHNICIAN, before applying for the position, you must first take and pass the examination: CalCareers. - You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement.
