Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or allied field preferred.

Work Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Work required for after hours and holidays.
• May require weekend work hours.
• Sitting for 30% of the workday and mobility 70% of the workday.
• Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must be able to pass designated crisis intervention training examination and safely implement all physical aspects of this intervention.
• Frequent reaching, use of hands, and repetitive actions.
• Occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 150 pounds.
• Continuous visual acuity at close and distant range.
• Minimal noise levels.
• Continuous exposure to computer work.
• Occasional exposure to risk of electrical shock.
• Some exposure to infectious diseases while performing job-related tasks.
• Somewhat exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Some exposure to radiation.
