Talented Medical Solutions is seeking 3 Psychiatric RNs for contract positions in Northport, AL.
About the Role
North Harbor specializes in acute inpatient psychiatric treatment and care. The role involves floating to other units and hospitals, accepting 36 or 48 hours per week, and working every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Willingness to float to other units and hospitals
- Accepting 36 or 48 hours per week
- Working every other weekend
- Providing patient-centered care to support recovery
- Utilizing sensory reduction tools to assist with anger management, coping skills, and de-escalation
- Improving physical and emotional health of patients
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients
Requirements
- AHA BLS or Red Cross CPI Licenses – Required
- Registered Nurse State of Alabama or compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted)
- NURSYS Experience - Required 2 years; however, 18 months of experience may be considered, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of RECENT experience in the field of specialty
