Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Director (PRSD)

RYZE Homewood is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Director (PRSD) to oversee and lead the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Department. The PRSD will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring psychiatric rehabilitation services designed to support residents in achieving greater independence, stability, and quality of life. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services DepartmentDevelop, implement, and evaluate individualized psychiatric rehabilitation programs and servicesEnsure services are person-centered and aligned with residents' goals, needs, and strengthsSupervise, train, and provide guidance to psychiatric rehabilitation staffCollaborate with nursing, social services, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary teamParticipate in assessments and assist in developing individualized service and treatment plansMonitor resident progress and ensure services are properly documentedCoordinate with residents, families, community providers, and other healthcare professionals as appropriateEnsure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies, and program requirementsMaintain accurate and timely documentation and recordsMonitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvementParticipate in care plan meetings, interdisciplinary meetings, quality assurance activities, and surveysProvide staff education and ongoing professional developmentAdvocate for residents and promote recovery, independence, dignity, and community integrationPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, or a related field requiredPrevious experience providing psychiatric rehabilitation or behavioral health services requiredPrevious supervisory or management experience preferredExperience working with individuals with serious mental illness or behavioral health needs preferredStrong knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation principles, person-centered care, and community resourcesExcellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with residents, families, staff, and interdisciplinary team membersStrong documentation and computer skillsCompassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach Benefits Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Life InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceAccident InsuranceHospital Indemnity Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanOn-Demand Pay OptionPaid Time Off (PTO)Tuition Reimbursement Program Join the RYZE Homewood Team If you are an experienced psychiatric rehabilitation professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents, we encourage you to apply and join the RYZE Homewood team.
