Psychiatric Physician Associate - Locum Tenens

Role Overview: This inpatient psychiatric clinician provides full-time, day-shift services supporting a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication for a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, and adults, with a caseload of approximately 10-12 patients daily. Qualifications & Skills: Must have prescriptive authority and experience in inpatient psychiatric care. Ability to work independently with excellent clinical judgment. Work Environment: Collaborate with psychiatrists, RNs, and PMHNPs in a supportive clinical setting. No call required. Additional Details: Full-time position with 40 hours/week on-site, serving a variable patient census and length of stay. The role involves treating psychiatric conditions across all ages within a collaborative environment.
