Schedule

• Flexible and remote telemedicine work
• Minimum of 8+ hours of availability per week
• Ability to set your own schedule with no required on‑call or after‑hours shifts

Responsibilities

• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws
• Demonstrate excellent grammar, attention to detail, and proficiency in writing medical information at a patient‑level
• Be technology‑savvy and enthusiastic about how technology can improve medical care
• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine, including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging
• Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with the team
• Consistently respond to the clinical leadership team and remain highly reliable to members
• Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling in a timely manner
• Complete charting within 48 hours of each session
• Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients

Requirements

• Active and clear APRN license
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP required)
• At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post‑graduate
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting
• Telehealth experience and high comfort level with technology
• Licensure in 4 + states (the more the merrier)
• Minimum of 8 hours of availability per week
• Experience working with adolescents is strongly preferred
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid
