Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners enjoy flexible, remote telemedicine that includes evidence‑based psychiatric care via asynchronous case review, video consultation, and e‑prescribing, which lowers barriers to high‑quality, affordable care. The role offers a supportive and collaborative environment with dedicated member and provider support teams, 1:1 consultations with clinical leadership, and internal communication forums for colleague interaction. Measurement‑based care technology tracks symptoms, adherence, and side effects weekly during active treatment and automatically triggers treatment reviews when patients are not improving, supporting encounter‑based care with remote, proactive oversight. Machine learning‑powered clinical decision support uses real‑time patient data to help match patients to medications for better outcomes. You will practice with clinical autonomy alongside psychiatrist support, create a flexible work schedule, and use a custom‑built practice management EMR and easy‑to‑use clinical decision support tools.

Responsibilities
- Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws
- Have excellent grammar, attention to detail, and proficient at writing medical information at a patient level
- Be technology savvy and excited about how technology can improve medical care
- Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team
- Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (remote); including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging
- Consistently responsive to clinical leadership team and highly reliable to our members
- Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling as needed in a timely manner
- Successful completion of charting within 48 hours of session
- Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients
Requirements
- Active and clear APRN license
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner - Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP Required)
- At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post‑graduate
- Previous experience working in an outpatient setting
- Telehealth experience and a high comfort level of working with technology
- Must be licensed in 4+ states (the more the merrier)
- 8+ hours of availability per week
- Experience working with adolescents is strongly preferred
- Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid
