Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / NP / Part Time

Responsibilities

• Psychiatric Evaluations
• Medications Management for Adults with serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Use
• Participate in regulated supervision
• Consult with Staff

Requirements

• Must be licensed Psychiatric Nurse
• Must be certified at the national level by American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience working with the population supported
• Requires 3 years experience working in behavioral health care
• Preferred familiarity with standards of practice for position and regulations

Qualifications

• Must hold a certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Valid driver’s license (required for providing transportation)
