This role provides the unique chance to support youth within a secure residential environment by delivering high-quality psychiatric care, fostering emotional stability, and supporting their rehabilitation journey. The PMHNP will provide direct psychiatric services to adolescents in a structured treatment facility. Hours are flexible, with a preference for two days a week. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing mental health monitoringProvide medication evaluations and medication managementCollaborate with residential facility leadership, clinical teams, and support staffUtilize trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches when working with youthMaintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements Minimum QualificationsBoard-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)Active Delaware NP licensure (or ability to obtain)Prior experience working with child and adolescent populations strongly preferredExperience in residential, correctional, or behavioral health settings is a plus About The Columbus OrganizationThe Columbus Organization is dedicated to supporting your professional success.
