Position Highlights: Providing Behavioral Health Services in our Rural Health Clinic in Centerville, TN. Full Time with flexible schedule. Requires PMHNP. Seeing on average 10-12 patients per day. Some complex patients ages 12 and up. Seeking a good well‑rounded provider willing to go the extra mile for their patients.
About The Clinic: Rural Health Clinic Designation located approximately 45 minutes southwest of Downtown Nashville offering a beautiful, peaceful rural setting on the campus of Ascension Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital. Great collaborative provider team consisting of (3) Nurse Practitioners and a Family Medicine Physician. Seeing patients of all ages. Excellent support staff and patient population.

Responsibilities
- Provide Behavioral Health Services in a Rural Health Clinic.
- See approximately 10‑12 patients per day.
- Manage complex patients aged 12 and older.
- Work full time with a flexible schedule (M,T,Th,F 10‑hour shifts or M‑F 8‑hour shifts).
- Demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile for patients.
Requirements
- Current BLS Provider certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing (must be obtained prior to hire or transfer).
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home‑state license for multi‑state recognition (Compact State) prior to hire or transfer.
- Master’s degree in Nursing.
Qualifications
PMHNP certification (Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) is required for this role. Candidates should be well‑rounded providers committed to high‑quality patient care.
