About the role

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Temecula, CA. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in medication management and experience in adult psychiatry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in a clinic setting.
  • Prescribe medications and provide ongoing medical care under the supervision of a psychiatrist.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

  • Current, active, unrestricted California license as a PMHNP.
  • Unencumbered DEA license.
  • Experience in adult psychiatry and medication management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on psychiatric-mental health.
  • ACNM or AANP certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a PMHNP.

Pay

$200,000 - $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.
