What You'll Do
- C Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
- D Provide medication management and treatment planning
- E Support patients experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosis, mood disorders, and dementia-related behavioral challenges
- F Partner with caregivers, families, and facility staff to improve patient outcomes
- G Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care
What We're Looking For
- B Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- C Active Idaho NP license (or ability to obtain)
- D Experience in psychiatry, geriatrics, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or community-based care preferred
- E Passion for caring for older adults and supporting families through complex behavioral health challenges
- F Strong clinical judgment and relationship-building skills
