Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric diagnoses, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and wound care management
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support
• Conduct wound assessments, develop wound care plans, and provide ongoing care and education to patients and families
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of patient-centered treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
