Summary: The Program Assistant- Clinical Lead supports assigned Hospice team and ensures clear, accurate and concise flow of information to team members. Using effective communication and advanced organizational skills, the Program Assistant- Clinical Lead is the subject matter expert for the hospice electronic medical record, performs a variety of administrative duties and is responsible for preparing clinical statistical reports to guide the work of the interdisciplinary team. The Program Assistant - Clinical Lead defines the administrative role in supporting key clinical processes to ensure the delivery of consistent high quality and compliant patient care.
