Psych RN Supervisor

About the role

The Psych RN Supervisor position at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine oversees a team of Registered Nurses in a behavioral health setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in the state of operation
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting
• Experience in supervisory roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Proficiency in computer systems used in healthcare settings

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
