PSS Personal Support Specialist Part Time

Connect with your calling! Join, stay, and grow with Benchmark. Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate PCA/PSS/CNA to join our team! As a Personal Care Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Schedule

Part Time Evenings Thursday‑Saturday 2p‑10p. Additional Part Time and Per Diem opportunities are available.

Pay

$19.50‑$20.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
